· We market the hotel online including the revenue management side and manage the different websites adverts

· We manage the booking department & Guests communication until the arrival day

· We inspect the hotel (every 6 months) and issue a full report on what to improve (marketing, customer & hotel services) in order to reach the best level of client satisfaction / reviews

· Specific consultancy on request for hotels with a MICE department.
